If the current government resigns, then please help me understand how in 6 months to a year something similar won’t happen with the new government. Making promises to feed, clothe, and buy houses for everyone will go unfulfilled and the charm will last only so long. Protest peacefully, and challenge the process respectfully, but be careful of creating terroristic precedent.

Not paying taxes won’t hurt the Prime Minister, it will hurt the country. Then again, I could be wrong. I did sleep through Intro to Business and Economics.

I don’t like what’s happening in Tallahassee. Let’s see what I am NOT going to do. I am NOT going to stop paying my electricity bill. I am NOT going to go into restricted areas of the capital. I am NOT going to damage infrastructure. I am NOT going to stop paying taxes. However, I WILL work with the current leadership and continue to organize, educate, and go to the polls. You acting out today is laying the ground work for someone else to do this tomorrow to you, should you ever come to power. Challenge the process respectfully, not through terroristic tactics.

Civil Disobedience has been never, never is, & never will be the answer when simple civil obedience seems to be an issue. I truly hope that those that do not pay their electricity bills as a sign of “protest,” will have their electricity shut off and will be charged a fine to turn it back on. You have 5 years to show what you are capable of in the provice that you did win. Let the people decide again in the next election. If you want to protest, do it peacefully and make sure you make arrangements for all those that are coming out to support you. People missing work and students not going to school or college is only hurting the country, not helping it.

The turnpike has decided it wants to be a parking lot for the day instead of the multiple lane highway it usually is.

"We are a nation with our own distinctive culture and civilization, language and literature, art and architecture, names and nomenclature, sense of values and proportion, legal laws and moral code, customs and calendar, history and tradition, aptitudes and ambitions; in short, we have our own distinctive outlook on life and of life. By all canons of international law, we are a nation." -Mohammad Ali Jinnah

The problem of the day: Everyone thinks they are experts on the Department of Ed regulations as they apply to financial aid…… Except, of course, the Director of Financial Aid who spent the better part of the day on the phone and on the Department of Ed website. #DailyStruggles #ItWillBeSixSoon #TomorrowIsAnotherDay
